We are committed to delivering products free of defects, that are reliable, and perform as intended. We design and test our speakers for the application where they will be used and package them so they will make it to you without damage.
Sometimes mistakes happen, we stand behind the products 100%. If your product is defective, we will make things right. While we do our best to prevent these problems, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.
Most speaker failures, however, are not defects. Rather, they are caused by installation related errors or abuse. Cones and surrounds with mechanical damage or burnt voice coils from excessive power are just a few failures that are not considered a manufacturing defect. In the case of abuse or incorrect installation, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution at a special replacement cost because your satisfaction is our goal.
Stevens Audio products sold in the USA through authorized Stevens Audio dealers are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for two years after the date of original purchase. Stevens Audio will repair or replace your product found to be defective at our discretion during the warranty period. Shipping failed units back to us is your responsibility. If your speaker is found to be defective, we will ship the repaired speaker or a replacement back to you at no charge to you. Please save your original purchase receipt. A valid receipt from an authorized Stevens Audio dealer is required for warranty service.
